What's Going to Be Ahead of Growth in 2022?
Federal fiscal policy was a major headwind to growth in 2022, right? And state local governments are flush. They raked in a lot of tax revenue and they got a boatload of cash from the American Rescue Plan that they can spend out through 2026. That's going to be now increasingly turning back into a bit of a tailwind is the other pieces of legislation passed in the Biden administration will kick in.
