Are You Putting Too Much Pressure on Your Team?

Every team has okay ours on what they need to deliver every quarter. So sales we get up and say hey we're going to deliver these things. Then I ask my rest of my team hey do you have any other requirements on sales. And usually a lot of the dirty laundry comes up there too. They'll say well hey can we please get some customer references. Like we never get customer references can you sell? That's my preference preferred way of doing it's much more scalable.
