The Chinese Model Is Not Going to Be the Model That a Lot of Other Countries Follow

If you're sitting in Zimbabwe or Pakistan, would you trade your current government for the Chinese one? I think a lot of people might say yes. We don't have 3,000 years history of bureaucratic meritocratic government. So what would it even mean for us to try and follow this model? And so that's why I think the Chinese model may inspire some amount of envy. But by and large, this is not going to be a realistic thing.
