I would say that most writers who do retell a myth are absolutely there, putting their own mark on it. But they are so solid that they can withstand it. It was like period films. When you look at a period film, you always know when it was made. Yeah. The hair, nobody gives it away. Always the hair is always the ringlets. How stiff they are. And I was ready to bring her life on another 18 years.
