Is Elon Musk a Political Faction?

I would say it's more like an erosion of the First Amendment, because I can't ever see the US government actually getting a movement strong enough to literally get rid of the First amendment. It is just really strange how a lot of this stuff almost seems like some kind of setup. Elon Musk represents some kind of political faction that is representative of this sort of Peter Teal style faction that is now involved in all these different ways with media.
