The best position to give birth is leaning forward over the edge of a bed or something like that in my daughter's case she was in a birthing pool. You can do little exercises yourself just to see if you stand upright and you tip your pelvis forward everything closes If you tipyour pelvis backwards everything opens it's simple when you look at it like that. It's not a brain surgeon's job you know it's I mean this is it this is one looking with your body as nature intended this sort of should for the sake of its own sake.
