The Importance of a Fake ID

Ross Ulbrich ordered nine fake IDs in the name of Joshua Terry on Silk Road. A customs officer at San Francisco International Airport found three envelopes from Canada, all with the same picture and handwriting. The Homeland Security agent went to the address but realised he'd gone to the wrong house. He then sent two other agents to check out 2,260 15th Avenue. When they reached the front door, a man wearing nothing but shorts was waiting for them. It turned out that it was Ross Ulbrich who had been trying to steal $1,200 by subletting a room inside an already-owned home.
