Is the Startup Ecosystem Outsourcing Their Training Costs?
Each of these cities that have produced a unicorn, I would imagine have intense network density within their startup ecosystem. And you can see this from the big, you know, they're at Skype or whether it's Nokia, building the Nordic ecosystem way back when. It is an interesting question about what is the right training ground for a startup founder and a startup employee? Do you actually want to follow them all through these traditional employment routes? Is that actually the right training?
