The North Pole: A Christmas Theme Year Round

A friend of mine Lee was like, Hey, there's this bar in Los Angeles that they're going to sell the building. Do you want to take it over for three months, six months, a year as a theme? And I said, I want to open a bar called the North Pole in LA that is Christmas theme year round till it closes. So I don't have the yes yet.
