Cecily saunders believes that the last few hours of some one's life could be profoundly significant and unrich. She has seen this personally with her husband's granddad, who was a christian but moved away from god in their relationship. When i'm advocating for patients I want to do is be honest with them that i think time could be short, that they they are dying.
