The Effects of Structure on Compensation

I feel like a lot of short ground contacts where you're not really going down into the ground, you're kind of bouncing off of it. I feel like that could maybe naturally start to externally rotate you a little bit more to bounce as an adaptation. It's very important that we understand that we're talking about external rotation bias in regards to demonstrating velocity. Some people will do it a whole lot better than others. And some people will not because we have to take all of their structure into consideration when we're making decisions. We are just saying that it is a representation of one of the compensatory strategies.
