A Book Is a Crystallization of Thought in a Particular Moment in Time

I like the artifactiness of a book. I don't actually like updated books that much. When Steel Like an Artist came out in 10 years you didn't want to mess with it because it was at moment in time. There's something else that's cyclical and they're probably for other people that read your books. Maybe they don't know lots in their own diaries in their own notebooks. Wow! A book is a crystallization of thought in a particular moment of time. Yeah like you a book has ... because it has a publication date... like I really hate leaves of grass by Whitman because I love it but he just kept redoing the book.
