Is it okay when worlds do branch, is it okay to think of them as already having been separate worlds even before they branched? I don't know whether to say it depends on your choices, or I just don't know the right answer. The way I prefer to think of it is there is one world, and then it branches and there are many worlds. There are benefits to trying to think about it the other way. It makes it a little bit more plausible how we calculate probabilities.
