The puff test at the doctor is measuring your intraocular pressure. You're not like causing yourself to go blind, but you are just irritating your eye. Our tears different depending on if they're tears of joy or tears of sadness. So we all have tears that are on our eyes 100% of the time. And when we cry, we make a totally different type of tear.
