With that theming system, WordPress is kind of in a way building its own version of a style component as a approach. If you're editing your group block which is essentially a fancy div with a bunch of options, those styles will get output on the page with a specifically targeted kind of custom generated class name. That is more for the actual user level kind of overrides any kind of user customizations are using this type of approach. It's going to be nice to have that like a first class citizen right inside of WordPress, that'd be really cool.
