How to Start Trading a Strategy in a Live Market
How do you begin trading a new strategy? So let's say you've gone through all your development process, you're happy with how it looks. How do you actually start trading that in a live market? Do you trade it still on a demo account for a certain period of time, or do you just go all in? Yeah, that's going to differ by individual. I don't think there's one right answer to it. But have very conservative assumptions. Don't assume that you'll get filled at your limit if you have limit orders in your model. Look for those limit order prices to get exceeded and then count that as an entry.
