The North Korean Government's Response to the Otto Tour
Otto Warmbier was detained by North Korea last month after disappearing during a tour of the country. The regime has released CCTV footage that it claims shows him in his hotel room at the time he disappeared. CNN's John Defterios says there is no way to know for sure if this person is Otto or not. He also points out they don't have any other CCTVs on their floors, so we can't be 100 per cent sure who it is.
