The Importance of External Feedback
A lot of times we can be blind to our own hidden superpowers. And I think this really illuminates the importance of outside feedback, having peers, mentors, those we respect point out our blind spots and amplify our strengths. So it really magnifies this idea of length, not number of levers is that we're constantly trying to strip away the things that don't matter as much or aren't having the same amount of impact.
