I think itas been really se like aline with my 12 months at zero ben of global increase in the appreciation of the fact that work place factors play a role in that area. Soe, there's different aspects, and that well being isn't about the fruit bolls and yoga classes as much as how we do business. And so ah, that chart is very useful in describing people life. Of course, we want to be influencing things up stream. And no, not reacting, or even o a responding to things, but preventing by the design of work.
