How to Eating Low Protein Intake

If you're eating low protein intake below 1.2 grams per kilogram then you're probably going to be best served with two things. The first is making sure that almost all of your protein is coming from very high quality bioavailable sources basically animal products so dairy, eggs and meats. If for whatever reason you can't eat higher quality sources of protein then your best bet is going to be to add some free losing to every meal that you do constant because as I mentioned in a question earlier we have data showing that adding high doses like five grams of pure losing to an otherwise low protein meal can help increase the muscle protein synthetic response.
