In my team, I take care that they usually don't have anything else in terms of meetings than 15 minutes in the morning with me. Consistently, continuously, coming together is more important than one workshop every three months and nothing happens. And then you have time to really work on stuff, actually, to be efficient, to get into a certain kind of flow that is very rare in enterprises.
