Learning to Make Your Words Matter

I'm really lucky because we follow the international baccalaureate or the IB framework and in that design and technology are a core subject. And so luckily that a lot of that work was done for me because parents understood this is an expectation. For example, I don't know if you know this in China or maybe that's in China particularly. A red arrow up is a good thing and a green arrow down is a bad thing. So there's still this psychological cultural difference that takes place. Also, you never know who these kids are you're talking to. It might be a diplomats child. It may be the owner of Coca-Cola's child. Who knows, right?
