The Disney analogy and Snow White and the seven dwarves names, like your children knowing that. It reminds me of what I think are the biggest risks to Mr. Beast's empire right now. One is just key man risk. Jimmy getting hit by a bus like that would obviously be a huge shot to all of these businesses because they are still inextricably inextricable linked to him. The second risk,. which I don't feel like has talked about a lot and we saw like little bits of this last year was cancellation risk. And I would actually argue that risk is the most likely risk not because Jimmy is someone who will get canceled.
Episode 4: Today, hosts Alex Lieberman (@businessbarista), Sophia Amoruso (@sophiaamoruso), and Jesse Pujji (@jspujji) breakdown MrBeast’s $1.5 billion valuation and exactly what factors have allowed MrBeast to be so successful. Then, the team shares their strategies for coming up with ideas for new businesses, and Alex shares his most recent startup pitches. And finally, for Startup AMA we answer a listener question about the best and worst hiring practices.
