Vegan vs Omnivorous Diet

It is 100% possible to have an omnivorous diet that is totally full of nutrient dense plants and phytochemicals. The bulk of your diet, you've got all sorts of vegetables and fruits, a variety of intakes. That is an excellent high quality diet. It's totally possible to having an insanely terrible plant based diet that has no animal products. Just think of any shitty junk food that doesn't have animal products in it. Eat all of that. Congratulations. I'm the least healthy vegan on the planet.
