Anika: I think everyone should do everything they can to save every customer. But at some point, you get to a point where like, you're both putting in more than you're getting out. Anika: Empathy goes a long, long way. Even in our roles, I hear you. That must suck so bad. Like again, situations are different, but you have to put a plan together with your customer back to health plans.
