Build Versus Partner
The company has a global product, we own our product and we own our area. We need to build it in a way that we can scale. The gateway inside the payments industry is probably the most difficult complex product area. If you go too much for just one customer, then it's a nightmare to manage all these what the level solutions. I would try to create dedicated personas for each single regional team as an example of how they were successful with their other customers.
