What if We Were to Treat People That Way?
In the New Testament, at least the NIV translation in English, it doesn't really convey the level of like emotion in the Greek text. The top of the list is from the Ten Commandments, honor your father and your mother. One Timothy 6, slaves are to honor their masters. And Peter's framework, when you dishonor somebody you're in close relationship with, if it's a soulmate, you actually hinder your prayers.
