A Better Approach to Adaptive Controls
You've done some thought provoking work on what you call adaptive controls, which sort of goes against the notion that there is either a full klock down or there is no lock down. You argue things should be done with gradations depending on how bad the situation is in different parts of erthe country and different parts of cities. And e too, you argue that this kind of approach would actually be better than either approach, keeping the full lock down or removing the locg down entirely. So what is a better approach?
