Is Putin Thinking of a Nuclear Strike?
We've had a few listener questions about what Russia is likely to do next. Mark Kraknell, who asks the following, are here from opposition telegram posts that underground shelters are being prepared in Moscow and perhaps elsewhere. Does this mean that Putin is contemplating a nuclear strike or trying to emphasize the reality of the war he has started? If Putin is doing that to so-called prepare the Russian population for a nuclear attack, and he is completely mistaken, there is no intention from NATO to attack Russian people with nuclear weapons.
