More and more physios are having better relationships with their clients outside of designated session time, as opposed to your typical medical model. And I think you either use a word transactional, it's less transactional, but it's very hard to do it without technology as well because you only have so many hours in the day. So we're more, I guess we're more shifting towards the setting of looking after humans rather than looking after injuries.
