The word luny comes from lunatic, which has to do with the moon. So like that, there is a subtle thing about him being a whirld elp and calling him loony lupin. I thinkit reminds me of mary poppins, the surprise when mary is like, willing to be playful. The kids always feel safe with mary, even while she's doing these really outlandish things.
