According to a wallstreet journal article published thursday, the city's government has yet to report any cobet outbreaks or deaths in these facilities. So its likely that we're not getting the complete story, and therefore not representative of what's really happening. In shanghai, officials there have reported more than 73 thousand cases in the city since activity started growing there in early march.
