What Is the Consumer Price Index (CPI)?

The biggest asset in the entire world is the bond market. The way bonds are supposed to be priced is at a premium to inflation, historically. So right now that's not happening. It hasn't been happening for a long im but as interest rates kind of climb higher, the value of the bonds goes down and it creates its own issues.
