The Importance of Being a Perfectionist

The author of a new book on how to lead says there are three common mindset traps. One is people pleasing, the other two are perfectionism and not making time for strategy. If you can't say no when it comes to serving stakeholders, then you need to shift your focus from doing to leading. The idea of over-indexing in an activity which is not the most important is one that should be taken seriously by all employees.
