The State Can Protect Your Right to Use Gold and Silver

Dr. Paul Craig Roberts said gold and silver can be seized from your home by the US government if you don't have an army to protect it. He then went on to say that the US government could outlaw the use of all gold to transact. Can they do this without doing away with our constitutional rights? They cannot do it. There's no way that the federal government can outlaw gold and silver. The state can make them legal tender for debts within the state. Yes, absolutely.
