Is There a Difference Between Structure and Meaning?

The entire sentence structure isn't determined ahead of time. So it must be that sometimes you have a structure in mind, but is it also true that sometimes the structure that you picked doesn't work? And then you have to like start your sentence over again. Is that what's happening when people like stop their sentence midway and start over? Well, so I guess, I guess, yes. But there's kind of, there's a difference between structure and meaning.
