What Is an Asset?

A real asset is something that creates money for you. Robert Kiyosaki, he says, it's, it puts money into your bank account. So if you own a house and you're not going to buy money every month, that's an asset. Other things that you just buy and hold on to, even like stocks, for example, are stocks assets. It's more, a little more gambling, right? It's not really an asset.
