How to Be a Successful Investor

After 15 years in the business what does your day look like you're a big team it's been very successful. You've got huge funds under management I was interested to note when I walked in here and noticed very much on the tools with headset on and screens in front of you which looks like you're right on the tools but talk us through a rough day of yours what it looks like. Yeah that's a very good question and you know we'd like to have diversity in our team so there's no kind of formula  but we're looking for firstlygood people people that get on with other people people that are team players.
