The key is not to have an oyster, the key is to have a pearl. Most people will set priorities and then not change their calendar to be congruent or aligned with new priorities. They wind up with goals instead of targets. A goal is something you can see, a target issomething you can hit. Those are two entirely different things. If we're going to have a goal, how do you turn that into a target? What's the shift in your calendar that needs to be made so that there's enough execution to cause the target to actually get hit?
