Robert Sputting: I think in some cases it's good. Obviously, people need basically to come out of their comfort zone. But in some cases where people kind of get panic and they put pressure on them, I think it depends on different people that how to take it. The teams have almost universally reacted negatively to to mean shut OKRs,. That they've always viewed it as being something insurmountable. Even when they know this is, hey, this is something that's a stretch goal. We're not expecting this.
