How to Overcome Challenges in Gys

Ive: I would have to more clearly articulate goals. That's the first one that comes to my mind, is giving gys challenges to overcome. Agaist haylike i believe, youre weaken in this area. And what you need to say no to is only being kind of a one note in terms of the way that you can make that impact. You're always looking for somebody to fight and step out a line so that you can go in and fix a problem. It's not really the most healthy long term strategyri.
