What the Product Looked Like a Few Years Back
The product started out as this basically kind of database, a way to put all your data in one place and ask questions about it. So that was the first product that we sold. We were deep into, we really believed in getting close to customers and asking them what were the adjacent problems they were solving, what was next. Over time, it's become more and more about how do we take every single one of those little customer interactions and either can Clavio help you personalize and automate it or at least set you and your team up where you've got all the information.
