What's Your Family's Remarkable Story?
My grandmother was jailed for assisting another family member called Amin Timar with a tradition against the apartheid government. The South African courts decided to kind of reopen an inquest into this and charged one of the policemen with murder as well. That's what's been sad about my family's history and the unprocessableness of it all. But then even now, you know, when we look back in the future at the shitshow that our politics are currently in I don't think there will be any real reconciliation between white supremacists and non-whites anymore. It doesn't really do anything. All it did was sort of offer this amnesty to people that had been white supremacist dickheads for generations
