Exploring Nonviolent Communication Resources

On todays episode I chat with Spencer Thompson, a Level 2 IFS Practitioner. He practices what he calls 'Self-Leadership Coaching,' emphasizing how IFS and Self-Leadership can impact us daily. He is passionate about group dynamics and creating unique container spaces that invite people into situations to practice and share in Self-leadership with others. He also loves helping people communicate for their parts and listen for the parts of others.

We talk about 'What is NVC' and walk through OFNR (which is like the 6 F's in IFS).
