I think sometimes what they're hearing back and what's being fed up is to them is not consistent with what they see on the front line. Someone was just telling me they got back from sort of a frontline tour and they just had a totally different perspective on where things were falling short or why. I always learned to learn from my subordinates. We did exceptionally well, grew greater than 50% for a year for eight years. It was like having a tiger by the tail. And I loved it.
