Product Pritization in a World Like This
You need to have a very clear product plan in place before you make any kind of commitment, ecause the lasthin you want to do is under deliver. Our toughest meetings are product priatization meetings, where we try to allocate capital internally. I'd much rather exceed expectations than under deliver in a situation like this. Don't take your eye off your corps bread and butter. Your corps business needs its own set of innovation and advancement. And three, every company has some level of technical debt. If you're going to be successful and oure going to grow, you's going to need a scale. You have to prepared to say no.
