The Importance of Pushing a Button

I think people are really clear that what's interesting about a project like this is that it be a tool, not a replacement. The drum machine is such a great, a great thing to fall back on. It is just not fun to just like push the button and make the drum machine do its canned patterns. And so, you know, I think this project loses its interest if we don't have people getting that cathartic release.
