He gave himself a loan of a billion dollars and 500 million to somebody else. And it was a privately held company. This was not a public company. So you're thinking it's not like Tycho where the guy bought himself a $900 shower. If it's publicly held, you can't do stuff like that. He had partners who maybe not maybe didn't know about this self dealing. No, it would have been.
