Soaz Muscle - A Muscle That Connects Our Upper Body and Our Lower Body

The soaz muscle is my favorite muscle, if i could pick one in the body. It's known as our fight flight muscle because it unconsciously tightens any time we're in sympathetic activation. If we live in a state of chronic stress or trama, we can develop a brittle or a fatigued soasad. And most of what i've learned from the soas muscle comes from the work of liz cook who's dedicated her entire career to studying this muscle.
