Investors understand that there is more illiquidity premium that could be built into this security over time. Foreign investors who, foreign countries, for example, that were selling heavily did come up against the problem of being unable to get their order satisfied and fulfilled. It's obvious that folks in this market that are active in this market are taking on added costs to deal with their liquidity.
